Description:
The prospective candidate must have:
4-yr college degree or quality assurance-related work experience.
3-5 years minimum work experience as a QA Analyst.

Need to be performance and load testing not a functional tester.

Worked with web-based, database-driven and client-server distributed applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Ability to write test plans, test cases and test scripts (automated/manual).
Ability to stage data and configure test environments.
Ability to facilitate and coordinate internal testing meetings and client UAT meetings.
Any experience working with automated test tools i.e., Empirix a plus, Rational, Mercury, and Segue.
Any experience working with a defect-tracking tools, e.g., e-Manager Enterprise, Test Director, ClearQuest.
Ability to perform work flow and data analysis between file extracts and database tables.
Ability to understand and write SQL queries
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Capability Maturity Model (CMM) or Six Sigma processes.
