Job Description:
. 10+ years in technology, a minimum of 5+ years in consulting, solutions delivery management or comparable field. A strong preference for substantial part of experience in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
. Minimum 8-10 years experience in design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
. Project managing the technical aspects of full life cycle implementation and a cross-functional team while adding hands-on value.
. Must have good working experience in System Configuration & Deployment, Database Reengineering, Database Design, System migration and high performance computing, Data Quality assessment, discovery, profiling, cleansing, Hardware capacity planning and SQL/Query development.
. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and with modeling tools (ER Studio, Erwin, etc.) is Preferred
. To conceptualize, design and assist in the implementation of new and existing systems, middleware, data warehouse and production architectures.
. Identify and promote best practices and patterns for data modeling, and provide oversight for all activities related to data cleansing, data quality and data consolidation using standard data modeling methodologies and processes.
. Any experience working in health care background is a plus.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical personnel is required.
