Position Details
Our client is seeking several (4) SAP FI/AP Consultants to provide application functional support and implementation in SAP Applications ECC6.0, in module areas of financials, invoicing and AP functions with public sector arenas. Experience in configuring system to meet clients business needs; perform blueprint workshops, assess business process needs, map requirements and perform actual configuration is key in these positions. Strong consulting, writing, communication skills, support comprehensive spending tracking, compliance, and workload reduction activities. Will configure: accounts payable process, create vendor and bank master data, manage vendor invoices, process payments, build master data, generate reports; will develop and maintain configuration and functional design documents and support role based profile changes. You will perform all tasks in development cycle.
Experience: Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
5 years of SAP FI/AP experience.
3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Controlling/PA
Public Sector (State and Local) is preferred
Hands-on experience with deliver/configuration in at least 2 of the modules: FI/CO & AP w/Public Sector exposure. Our client would prefer candidates living in Huntsville, Al; Washington DC Metro area, Sacramento, CA; or Miami, FL. But will accept from other states.
