Position Details
Our client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant with recent experience within the last year as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant, PS North American Payroll v8.8/8.9 application functionality, PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow. You should be familiar with the functionality and integration of ePay with Payroll, possess the ability to define scope for Payroll business processes and data, be able to define requirements for Payroll business processes and be able to develop project estimates for Payroll implementation projects. Experience in process re-design, application configuration, design, experience in data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities is essential in this role. Additionally, the chosen must possess the ability to develop and maintain a detailed work plan.
Experience: Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
5 years of hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft North American Payroll v.8+ application
3 full SDL (6+ months) implementations of PeopleSoft North American Payroll v.8+ application
Previous and proven experience working in the capacity of either Team Leader or Lead Consultant along with PeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, and/or ePay.
Projects should have been completed successfully for clients with 10,000+ employees.
