Prestigious International White Plains firm seeking level 3 Helpdesk Specialist with expert-level Word and Outlook troubleshooting experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential annual salary in the 55-65k range.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: 3+ years professional experience supporting users telephonically or via remote access technology. This level 3 Helpdesk Specialist opportunity requires a broad range of technical expertise, ranging from expert-level MS Work and Outlook troubleshooting skills to VPN/Citrix, PDA support, hardware (laptops and desktops) and network connectivity troubleshooting experience. Must be comfortable in a 100% phones, call center, environment.
