As a Sr. Performance Management Consultant/subject matter expert, you will lead and be part of high-profile performance management project teams serving the CFO organization of external clients within the financial services industry. You will need a working knowledge of business performance management processes in a bank and/or capital markets firm.
Working with the CFO and team you will facilitate the definition of performance measures at the corporate and business line level develop enterprise and business-line reporting strategies across analytics, processes and tools collecting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs. This requires in-depth expertise in understanding and documenting financial and management reporting process flows and being qualified to suggest areas for process improvement.
Enjoy work-life balance living in New York City. Weekday travel for out-of-town engagements is typically three nights away from home with an emphasis on achieving a satisfying work-life balance. Occasional weeks may require four nights.
Experience: Here is a summary of what you must have before being considered. Please review carefully and submit your resume if you meet the following criteria
. Financial management consulting experience defining and implementing performance metrics
. Consulting experience with Banks or capital markets firms
. Strong experience implementing business performance management processes and applications
. Experience managing implementation of performance management applications (SAP SEM, Peoplesoft EPM, Oracle OFSA) and BI tools (Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects and Outlooksoft) in banks or capital markets firms
