PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-user client relationship on a day-to-day basis
- Respond to end-user requests for level 2 application support
- Manage relationships with software vendors
- Play key role in the system upgrades and new system implementations
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience in one of the following systems or functional areas: MHS, CCMS, CRMS, Hyperion, Great Plains, Market Prominence, Saleslogix, MACCESS Claims, Case Management, Finance, Insurance, Enrollment, Sales & Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree
- 2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis
- Experience working with end-users and stakeholders to gather business requirements translating them into functional specifications for modifications or enhancements to information systems
- Highly motivated, self directed and results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
