We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to lead the discipline for all internal and external projects. This is a hands-on opportunities, requiring skills beyond writing test scripts and finding bugs. Core responsibilities require a demonstrated ability to create test plans, analyze results and recommend corrective actions. The candidate will need to work closely with project managers, software engineers, business stakeholders and other technology teams. They will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining master test plans, debugging software through systematic tests, applying company standards, and delivering our unprecedented level of quality to our customers. He or she should be able to work effectively with teams both internal and external.
Required skills and experience:
Experience: • 5+ years Software QA experience
• Experience testing back end systems and web UI
• Experience with test automation tools
• Experience with Agile approaches
• Experience deploying regression testing plans and procedures
• Expert at discovering, tracking and providing status on a collection of issues
• Strong research and analysis skills
• Experience testing deployment process procedures (i.e. scripts, installations packages, etc.)
• Experience with stress testing procedures in an IIS environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – and a comfort communicating with all levels of management
• Excellent documentation skills a must
• Experience with web services
• Understanding of ASP/ASP.NET and SQL technology
• Experience with testing security of the system with the understanding of common security weakness in systems (i.e. SQL Injections, script attacks, etc.)
• Programming experience in MS technologies (.NET framework) a plus
• Experience with Visual Sciences a plus
