UNIX SOLARIS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WITH DART ADSERVER—IMMEDIATE NEED

Our client, a web publishing company, has an immediate need for a Unix systems administrator on a consulting basis. The Unix systems administrator will work in a multi server Sun Solaris environment. The Unix systems administrator will configure and build new servers for production and development. Additional functionality will include backups, storage logs, documentation and general server support. The Unix systems administrator will interface with a talented web applications development team and will provide systems side support for these projects. The Unix systems administrator will also support DoubleClick AdServer.

Experience: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:<br>
-2+ years experience with Unix systems administration, ideally Sun Solaris but not required.<br>
- SNMP Monitoring tools.<br>
-Strong understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols.<br>
-Experience with Vertitas Foundation Suite or other shared file system. <br>
-Experience with Shell Scripting, SAN, and Networking technologies a plus.
-Doubleclick DART AdServer experience is a plus.
-Strong communication and organizational skills are required.<br>
