The group develops financial tools and APIs that are used both internally and by our clients to extend the environment. The toolkit provides support for applications trading and managing Swaps, Caps, Options and other exotic Fixed Income, Credit, Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives. We implement new exotic instruments and complex structured deals with multiple cross-asset underlyings. <p>
Our development environment consists of both Windows XP and Solaris workstations and the work is done in C++.<p>
We are looking for an individual with strong programming skills who is motivated to learn financial instruments, to take leadership and to develop credit derivatives, interest rate, fixed income and equity derivatives functionality.<br>
• The candidate will work closely with application developers and business analysts. <br>
• Take leadership over the team of developers who support and enhance internal financial tools and API. <br>
• Participate in design, specification, development and maintenance of new business features for various financial instruments. <p>

Experience: • BS and or MS Degree in Computer Science. <br>
• Solid technical background in C/C++ required <br>• Strong analytical skills, solid understanding of software, engineering concepts and strong problem solving skills. <br>
• Working experience with Windows and/or Unix operating systems. <br>
• Hands on experience with financial instruments programming.<br>
• Capital markets knowledge<br>
• Good knowledge of data structures and object-oriented design principals. <br>
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. <p>
