Experience: We are currently seeking an individual who will be
responsible for performing testing (verification & validation (V&V) and regression, user interface) and developing test reports for specific products and devices.
Individual will support the releasing of software RTM's and other Phase Deliverables to satisfy Program Deliverable Requirements.
Review test protocols under development and develop "Lessons Learned" from testing specific products and provide that feedback to improve the testing process.
We are are looking for someone who is self-directed/motivated/energetic, takes initiative, not afraid to ask good questions, is good at grasping what needs to be done and can dig in and get to work with little direction, review any existing documentation and apply sound testing methods. There is an involvement by team members throughout the SDLC of each product so strong documentation experience / software analysis is important too.
Any prior programming/ development experience is considered a MAJOR plus so please be sure to convey any of your experience in those areas.
Knowledge and experience with RUP is highly desired.
