Established global IT solutions firm has developed a state-of-the-art IT Asset Management software package. They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven experience implementing/integrating IT asset management or data center management applications in a large-scale technical environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integrating a robust IT Asset Management application with a variety of existing systems deployed within Global 2000 IT service delivery organizations;
- Interface development utilizing proprietary tools, database, file, and service based architectures;
- Create reports in Crystal Reports to ensure full benefit of integrated data and to create enhanced functionality from the core system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- 5-10 years of technical experience in IT service delivery (preferably with software development/consulting firms targeting the IT management industry;
- Familiarity with industry leading Asset Management, financial, procurement, auto-discovery, help desk, and intelligent infrastructure management systems;
- Strong database skills (Sybase, Oracle, and SQL Server);
- Solid quantitative, analytical, process development, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills required;
- Travel likely required (less than 50%)
- Experience in the financial services industry desired
- ITIL certification a plus
