searching for a Consultant who will function as a Project Lead / Lead Analyst. This individual should have a minimum of 7 years experience within a financial services firm with at least 2 years of IT project leadership experience. Successfully demonstrates an ability to lead a team responsible for producing quality deliverables on time and on budget is required. Delivers timely and quality services that meet or exceed team manager?s and client expectations. The successful candidate will be able to work independently within various technology areas of the Bank. A solid history of leading development, support, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting technologists is required.
The preferred candidate should possess the following: Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources, capable of both direct and matrix management; Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management; Must take initiative; Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
