Basic Function:
As a member of the Credit Data Audit/Integrity group within the Credit Division, this individual will work to ensure the completeness, currency, and accuracy of commercial loan data of particular concern to the Credit Division.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring specified data elements on commercial loan transactions as they are approved or modified to ensure that the data elements are complete, current, and accurate.
Assisting in the design, testing and implementation of processes and systems to identify, track, rectify, and report on credit data accuracy issues.
Working with the various commercial operation units to initiate data corrections and to ensure that these corrections are made on a timely basis.
Communicating data integrity issues to Credit Data Audit/Integrity Group Management, recommending solutions to these issues.
Mentoring and monitoring the work of new team members as they join the group.
Managing and executing targeted commercial loan portfolio data scrubs on an as-needed basis.
Performing special projects as requested by management.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree
Minimum 1 year experience in commercial credit, lending, or operations environment
Familiarity with commercial loan transactions from a structural and data perspective
Familiarity with commercial loan approval, legal, and other documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills
Ideal Qualifications:
Working knowledge (data inquiry) of the Bank's commercial loan accounting systems- AFS, Datalink, CLCS, IDS (InfoLease) and/or Shaw
