A well known financial company in the New York is looking for a Desk Side support Technician.
Scope:
This position is part of a desktop support team that provides desktop support to end users.
Main Responsibilities:
Provides on-going support for computer hardware, software, MAC requests, and service requests.(90%)
Completes administrative tasks such as inventory, shipping, testing, and minor break/fix of hardware.(10%)
Experience: Skills:
A strong working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers.
Strong knowledge of MS desktop O/S, MS Office suite and hardware technologies.
A working knowledge of networks and VPN support.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of MAC OS , software and Hardware.
Working knowledge for Blackberry support.
