Our small but clever team of developers, project managers and designers welcomes an Online Content Manager to join our organization in the heart of New York’s Flatiron district.
As a Content Manager you will work both independently or as part of a team and contribute to a dedicated group, entrepreneurial in spirit, working on the cusp of new technologies for Fortune 500 brands. Our current client list includes ExxonMobil, Hyatt, AT&T, Mercedes, Xerox and the American Cancer Society.
Our ideal candidate will have the following abilities, skills, interests:
- Well organized and able to work independently after an initial training,
- Quick learner, detail oriented, flexible to client driven deadlines, and
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
The role is full time contract-based for three months, however this is flexible and may be open to transfer into a fulltime position.
Primarily your role will involve uploading and editing existing content in web pages using a highly customized Content Management System. Content includes copy text, graphic image illustrations, as well as a wide assortment of company assets in various file types and sizes.

Experience: The following qualities are required:
• Fully computer literate with an interest in learning new systems
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; capable of adjusting image sizes, color and resolution
• Familiarity with InDesign
• Proofreading capabilities
• Ability to work flexible hours if necessary and handle sudden short deadlines
Preferred:
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Experience with online information architecture
• Knowledge of branding and marketing
