ERP Systems Analyst in NEW YORK, NY

Seeking enthusiastic individual to handle multiple facets of our information technology needs. We need to add a member to our team that will become the go-to person for questions on using our ERP software, provide general technical support and training to staff, and to administer or be involved in projects that have a technical/network/software component. We are a mid-size company, however have a comparatively large number of remote network users. This position is based out of our NY corporate office and reports directly to the Controller

Administer ERP software (integrated accounting, asset management and contact management system)
-Develop software documentation -training manuals, reference documents, procedural guidelines
-Conduct employee training (primarily web-based sessions) on use of enterprise management software, intranet, and basic Microsoft Office programs
-Partner with management team to identify reporting needs and develop/write reports as needed
-Manage relationship with outside IT consultants to coordinate network administration
-Provide various IT support for all employees. Review and troubleshoot issues, and involve outside IT Support Company as needed
-Manage security and accessibility of company Intranet. Create system improvements, which may include a new Intranet platform
-Partner with ERP software provider to further develop capabilities of the system to better suit the business needs of the company
-Involved in updating of website content- potentially making minor edits and/or working with website contractor on larger revisions of website and coordination of marketing e-mail blasts
Experience: 2-5 years of experience with solid project management skills
Advanced IT technology proficiency including database structure and report writing
Strong math, statistics and logic skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic office equipment/hardware/software/network related issues
Meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent customer service/ communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred however equivalent work experience will be considered
Microsoft Navision experience preferred but not required (ERP software)
Experience with HTML and SQL preferred
