Genesis10 currently has an opening for a Developer who will provide production support for the OmniESF project.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide technical services (i.e., development, configuration, testing, and implementation activities, and production support) for the Omni Enterprise Solutions Framework project at our client, a large bank in NYC.
- Technologies involved include: SOAP, Axis, J2EE, EJB, ESB, HTTP, XML, WSDL, WebLogic, Apache, Oracle/SQL, UNIX operating system, Eclipse, TOAD.
- Will learn new SunGard OmniESF core applications and architecture.
- Document customizations created for Client.
- Development and configuration of OmniESF Business Services.
- Test OmniESF core applications and architecture.
- Support implementations.
- Provide production support of core components of OmniESF and Business Services.
- Support other development groups using Business Services.
Experience: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
- 10 plus years of IT work experience in systems programming / analysis.
- Primary skills: 8 to 10 years of J2EE, Java, UNIX and Web Services.
- 2 to 4 years of CICS, Oracle, SunGard, and Omni experience desired.
