You must have 5+ years of solid Documentum experience as a developer/architect. Primary responsibilities include working with customers and development teams to architect, design, and act as technical lead on the development of Documentum solutions.
You will be responsible for the engineering of the plant into the environment - Interface with the engineers that own the host, network, and SQL environments. You will work with ongoing platform enhancements and underlying product upgrades as well as design, develop, and test platform level integrations such as entitlements, SOA, authentication, standard facilities. You will also perform level 3 support for application issues related to Documentum. You will focus on Documentum administration, research, and evaluation as well as staying current on emerging product enhancements, techniques and technologies. You will be THE top level technical expert for software performance tuning and capacity planning.
You must be able to communicate effectively with the Development Leads, internal managers, business, project management to review project documentation and determine testing needs and participate in internal design reviews. You will act as the expert technical resource to the team, to management and to peers.
?Documentum 6.5 experience preferred
?At least five years of web development experience including Documentum applications
?At least five years hands-on experience with Documentum development;
WebTop/WDK configuration and customization experience
?At least five years experience developing enterprise applications using J2EE platform or and Web Services
?Extensive knowledge of programming methodology and development life cycle
?Experience with XML, SOAP
?Extensive experience gathering functional requirements and developing solutions that meets business requirements
?Hands-on experience building, deploying and/or supporting distributed applications built with EAI and SOA technologies (ex. J2EE on WebSphere, JMS, EAI, MQ)
?Hands on experience with at least one database platform (ex. Oracle, DB2, Sybase); SQL preferred
?At least three years experience with Image Capture software a plus; Kofax preferred
?JAVA Certification; Documentum Certification; Kofax Certification a plus
?Ability to decompose documents to identify deployment requirements and configurations for complex integrations
?Proven ability to facilitate task breakdown and scope discussions
?Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; good listener
?Ability to prioritize work load and consistency meet deadlines
