Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description & Functions:
Genesis10 is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with a minimum of 2 years writing test scenarios from use cases methodologies, NOT business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create test scenarios, plan software test cycles, execute software tests, report results to various management and track defects/bugs.
- Work in a team environment with production staff to build varied and complex business functionalities.
- Manage and review test scenarios while juggling multiple projects.
- Understand industry standards, trends, practices, and raise overall company awareness in organizational and technical knowledge.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- MUST have at least 2 years of testing experience in Windows and Java based applications.
- MUST have at least 2 years of writing USE CASE test methodologies.
- Good communication and personality is essential!
- Ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Multi task, coordinate with management and effectively meet industry deadlines.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Testing Automation tools, such as Rational Test Manager preferred.
