This is a Business Analyst role working on the "Adjustments Service". This is a global program to strategically build an adjustment service in our Target State Architecture which supports all Finance adjustment activities. For 2010, our focus will be on building adjustment capabilities on the Detailed Accounting Ledger and the migration of trade related adjustment processing to this service. The role is as an analyst in a team of 3, reporting to the project manager.
- Prepare Business Requirements / Functional Requirements for the Adjustment Service
- Detailed current state adjustment issue analysis
- Working with the business to agree scope and priority functionality
- Working with IT on the solution design
- Producing test plans and cases
- Performing data quality testing
- Organize and participate in user acceptance testing
- Assisting with project controls and communications e.g. status reporting, issue and risk tracking, project plan updates, dependency management
- Preparing business change readiness and training documentation
- Assisting in go live planning activities
Responsibilities
