Our client is seeking a Project Manager with previous success managing a large scale project from start to finish (end to end). Banking experience is preferred but not required. This individual needs to know how to work within a large organization and work effectively with clients, IT management and staff personal. Should also be comfortable presenting ideas to Senior Management.
Will be responsible for:
- Project Management Planning and Scheduling, Issue Management and Resolution, Risk Management and Mitigation, Resource Management, Relationship Management
- Budget development and Management
- Scope Management, Change Management and Requirements Management
- Management of Offshore Development Teams
This position requires a Bachelors degree and 10 years experience in project related work, systems analysis and a systems development environment.
--Must be proficient in large scale project management and familiar with application software and hardware platforms
- Metrics planning and tracking experience required
- Proficient in project planning and tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in diplomacy and negotiating
--Detail oriented and self motivated
- Experience and ability to effectively manage people
- Experience with Post Implementation Reviews or Post Mortems
