* 2-5 years SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 database design (logical, physical), programming and implementation
* Schema Design Skills Using Modeling Tools (Erwin) Telelogic and Conceptual data modeling is a big plus
* Extensive hands-on coding in a MS SQL Server 2005 environment
* Design of heavy business logic within a T-SQL framework
* SQL programming and optimizing, T-SQL, triggers, and extensive experience writing complex stored procedures, functions and triggers.
* Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
* Develop methods for integrating different products so they work properly together
* 2-5 years XML and XSD knowledge
* Proficient in Data Loading and ETL experience
* .Net, VB and C# Coding experience - is a big plus* SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
* SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
* Develop packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
* SQL Service Broker
* Informix & Elite knowledge
* Experience working for a Law Firm
