Experience: Provides technical and deep business process knowledge as it relates to Inventory Management, Warehousing and/or Fleet processes.

Assists with problem resolution, issue management, etc.

Provides content and support to training materials development.

Performs various testing activities and provides feedback to end user.

Validates process and system integration from a user perspective.

Validates as-is and to-be process flows.

Identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities.

Identifies potential work-arounds to system functionality changes or system limitations.

Serves as a user-level advocate to ensure process flow and system designs reflect realities of front-line work.

Participates in setting and achieving process performance metrics.

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated creative thinking and problem solving.

Must be considered a subject matter expert in the Inventory, Warehousing and/or Fleet line of business.

Must have SAP software implementation experience.
