Experience: Must Have Skills: Java Front End Skills, JSP, Core Java/ No J2EE or EJB, XML (must have project exp with it), Sql, Oracle or Sybase, Unix, Financial industry, Technical background in web-based development
Pluses: Struts, C/C++, any security
