The candidate should have the following skills: Knowledge of different SDLC practices Should have delivered Internet application development projects in the Financial industry domain. Knowledge of Microsoft Application Development platforms. Good system analysis and system design skills. Very good verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to withstand pressure with regards to deadlines, conflicts (Internal/External) etc.
Requirements:
Experience of 3 to 5 years as a Project Lead/ Manager is a must. Experience managing .Net based projects is preferable.
