As a Business Analyst with Genesis 10, you will enjoy the challenges inherent in diverse work environments and the excitement of watching your client's business objectives enabled through your successful leadership. Your duties will include leading project analysis and definition, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to appropriate management levels, identifying and resolving project issues and controlling project scope. Experience: * 6+ years of experience as a Business/Financial Analyst, working on large/complex projects (REQUIRED)
* Experience in Technical/Business Systems Requirements documentation and analysis (REQUIRED)
* Extensive expertise in requirements gathering (REQUIRED)
* Expertise in providing gap analysis (STRONGLY DESIRED)
* Understanding of project management tools or various methodologies such as MS Project, PMBOK, Rational Unified Process, Requisite Pro, etc. (NICE TO HAVE)
* Experience in META Data Analysis
* Experience with various Financial Services clients in the Commercial Lending/Asset Management/Credit Operations (Strongly Desired)
* Experience working for large employers/clients (STRONGLY DESIRED)
* Experience working on software implementation projects (STRONGLY DESIRED)
* Local to the New York city area (REQUIRED)
