Major Accountabilities:
Responsible for providing quality technical systems support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness. Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery. Develop, define, and communicate user/technical service policies for software and hardware products supported. Act as product liaison for major products, working with other corporate departments and third-party vendors/developers to solve technical issues as needed. Support for initially implemented very complex and/or highly visible systems applications problems may be required. May assist in examining commercially available and forthcoming industry technologies related to area of expertise to determine whether or not technology will support both present and planned systems requirements.
Experience Required:
Core knowledge of business operations. Core knowledge of relevant hardware, software and operating environments. Core understanding of customer service techniques.
Education:
Basic college education with emphasis on information technology or related experience.
