*Candidates must respond with the Tekmark job number, 55592 in the subject line* Business Analysts for PeopleSoft HR and Benefits - with Gov't experience Reporting directly to the Project Manager with the widest latitude for independent judgment and a high degree of accountability, the Functional Team Lead will be responsible for managing the Project Team analyzing the business requirements and documenting system specifications. Project scope of the project includes: an installation and customization of PeopleSoft HR and Benefits modules, modification to legacy applications to support concurrence with the PeopleSoft, conversion of data from legacy systems, and interim and long term system to system interfaces. The manager will provide direction and guidance to the Business Analysis Team under his / her domain, which includes functional support for Human Resources, Benefit Administration, Conversion, Interface and Quality Assurance. The Functional Design Team Lead will be responsible for the following functions for the business analysis team: Software Development Life Cycle Management Resource / Project Planning and Management Functional Design Oversight Transition to Application Maintenance Project Team Coordination PeopleSoft Baseline Maintenance Analyzing business processes Quality Assurance Developing User Requirements Integration and UAT Testing Requisite Experience: At least 2 full SDLC implementations (12+ months each) of PeopleSoft HRMS as a manager with full responsibility for functional and technical design tasks including: business requirement gathering, end user documentation, online and batch interfaces, quality assurance strategy, scripting and testing. Collaborate with the Technical Application Team Lead, Configuration Manager to support conversion, development, build, configuration tables' maintenance, system testing and implementation.
