Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associate's degree.
2. Two (2) or more years experience developing applications in a Windows NT environment.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Two (2) or more years experience designing and using dimensional data models in a data warehouse setting, using child welfare-related data.
3. Two (2) or more years experience developing and maintaining data warehouses containing child welfare-related data, using advanced Extract/Transform/Load techniques including bulk select, bulk insert, arrays and dynamic SQL.
4. Three (3) or more years experience performing development work in PL/SQL, plus demonstrated experience developing and testing maps in Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), and demonstrated experience in data versioning techniques and in developing detailed incremental ETL processes.
5. One (1) or more years experience using Cognos reporting tools (Impromptu, PowerPlay, ReportNet).
