Murex Production Support========================Job description : Assisting in deployment, installation, setup of systems & user access. Troubleshooting technical issues and production problems of technical nature. Co-ordination with various teams including System administrators and DBAs. Supporting all production batches. Will need to be on call during evening, night and weekend hours.
Requirements:
Technical Skills/Experience: Programming in C/C++, Java, Unix internals (Solaris 8 preferred). Understanding of Financial concepts. Exposure to Fixed Income derivatives products and business processes. Fast learner and excellent troubleshooting ability. Experience of working with large financial software systems. Previous production support experience essential. Total experience required: about 3-4 years.
