Eclipsys has an opening for CIS Team Lead with experience with following primary responsibilities: This Clinical Team Lead will work with the project manager, analysts, nursing directors and physicians to implement multi disciplinary clinical software. This person will be responsible for managing the clinical teams deliverables.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills with significant direct interface with clients at all levels within the organization. Responsible to manage the clinical team deliverables for Sunrise Clinical Manager implementation.
* Develop and maintain project plans and all associated written documentation tied to the projects.
* Manage and control clinical team?s deliverables to assure that project deadlines are met, escalate issues for appropriate and timely resolution, and adhere to PMO methodologies. Track actual performance against planned performance, analyze variances, and problem solve to ensure all customer needs are met while maintaining control of the project.
* Facilitate communication and up to date work progress across key stakeholders that interface with clinical systems to assure timely attainment of project milestones
* Responsible for working with clinical team members to set performance goals and evaluation of performance

Specific experience / skills required:

Bachelor?s Degree in a clinical-related profession is required.

Prefer a minimum of three years clinical experience with experience at a health care institution with the ability to apply supporting technology to the clinical and physician service areas.

Project implementation experience required, having a strong understanding of Eclipsys clinical systems and work flow with specific experience in implementing Sunrise XA.

Ability to interact and work with physicians, nurses and all levels of management and staff.

Experience in implementing complex project plans and budgets

Understands technology concepts (application and infrastructure architecture).

Versatility and flexibility, superior communication and customer relationship skills.
