Title: Client Server Programmer (Report/DW Developer)

Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associate's Degree
2. Two or more years experience developing applications in a Window NT environment.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. 4 or more years of demonstrated experience in documentation, analysis, modeling and data mapping, and performing ETL to migrate data from a production transactional database to a Data Warehouse and ultimately star schema reporting database. Experience with very large databases and with the use of Oracle Warehouse Builder a plus.
3. 4 or more years of recent, demonstrated experience using Cognos tools (including PowerPlay, Impromptu, and 1 or more years experience using ReportNet) to build complex reports and cubes from both transactional production databases and from star schema reporting/DW databases; including experience with detailed testing of the reports and cubes.
4. 3 or more years of experience administering security via Cognos LDAP tools, and using defined security roles to apply report and cube filters.
5. 3 or more years of experience working directly with end users to gather reporting requirements and providing training on reporting tools and methods.
