The candidate will participate in all technical aspects of software projects including project planning, developing estimates, technical design, code construction, integration/regression testing, training and any related technical documentation. . Work with customer support groups within the company to assist customers with production issues to ensure that service levels are met. . Work closely with Product Management and other departments to help define project requirements and offer technical implications of project decisions. . Assist in software testing, release planning and management, and production release so that the company's internal quality standards are met.
