MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:
(1) The candidate must meet the mandatory job title qualifications for a Specialist II as follows:
. Minimum of four (4) years experience developing and delivering accurate user and technical documentation in a timely and efficient manner. The applicant must have strong organizational, writing, technical, and analytical skills.
. Experience in web design and the full suite of MS Office, Dream Weaver, and MS Publisher. This project requires excellent oral and written communication skills and an understanding of project communication.
(2) The candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years experience writing technical and user documentation/procedures.
(3) The candidate must have four (4) years experience with website design and development of intranet sites.
(4) The candidate must have experience with the full suite of MS Office, Dream Weaver, and MS Publisher.
(5) The candidate must be available to begin work in Albany, New York on the Anticipated Commencement Date of the Agreement(June 19, 2006), as specified in Section 2.0 Calendar of Events.
