Our client, an established Wall Street based financial services firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: *Strong knowledge and experience supporting Windows 2000, Windows XP and Outlook. *Strong knowledge supporting Blackberry issues on client and server side (BES). *Strong knowledge and experience with Ghost. *Knowledge and experience supporting Lotus Notes on the server side is a plus. *Experience with Citrix Metaframe. *Experience supporting VPN issues. *Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines. *B.S. in Computer Science is a plus. *A MINIMUM OF 2 - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
