Our client, a Wall Street based Media company has an immediate need for an EDI Analyst to join the team in a contract to perm capacity. Candidate will monitor EDI transactions to ensure proper processing, research problems with EDI files, monitor the receipt of functional acknowledgements, resend transactions when necessary, communicate with customers and escalate problems to appropriate staff. Must be able to analyze EDI files for proper formatting. Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of EDI protocols. Will also perform various control functions, reconciling information from different systems.
