Experience: This position will be part of a team responsible for conducting training globally for all Credit Union staff across job functions. Responsibilities include providing secondary support for conducting classroom training face to face or via collaboration software, coordinating scheduling, tracking readiness and transfer of learning to the job, preparation of materials to support delivery and practice, facilitating learning labs, and providing one-on-one support when necessary. This position will provide back-up support for other trainers. Qualifications include excellent training, listening and organization skills. Must be a quick learner, adapt to change easily and a self-starter. Someone who is flexible, can manage multiple areas of focus at one time and be able to train at a moment?s notice are ideal qualities. WEEKEND TRAINING is a MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is likely that this weekend training will last for approximately 5 weeks from mid July to late August and it would not necessarily be for all 5 weekends and certainly not both Saturday and Sunday.
