Experience: Mandatory Experience: Minimum 4 years experience as a Personal Computer Technician with the following skills: ? Work independently as a technician resource in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem resolution of Personal computer operations, peripheral devices and connectivity to local and wide area networks. ? Perform optimization of personal computer operating system; apply OS patches, trouble shoot communication of devices. ? In depth knowledge of the following: (a) Windows XP (b) Office XP (c) Windows 98 (d) Outlook 2003 ? In-depth knowledge of: (a) Windows 2003 (b) NT4 (c) Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, NT, XP (d) Office XP (e) Exchange/Outlook 2003/XP ? Familiar with troubleshooting TCP/IP Protocol. ? Familiar with troubleshooting DNS, WINS, DHCP. ? Excellent interpersonal skills to heavily interact with clients ? Proficient in English.
