MAC/PC Technical Support in New York, NY

Experience: 2-3 Yrs hardware experience with Macintosh computers ? General knowledge of OS 9 ? 2-3 yrs. experience with installing, using and maintaining Mac OS X ? General experience with Mac OS X command line ? Understanding of cross platform (Windows/Mac OS) file types ? Experience troubleshooting file transfer protocols such as SMB, AFP and FTP in a cross platform environment ? Experience working with Active Directory, and the Apple Active Directory plug-in ? Experience working with and troubleshooting graphics design applications such as Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ? Experience in web design, including working with and troubleshooting web design applications such as Dreamweaver ? Familiarity with Outlook/Exchange, and accessing Exchange through Entourage from Mac OS X ? Knowledge of PPP and VPN connections ?
