Our Client, an established Wall Street based media organization, has an immediate need for an experienced Mac/PC Desktop Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: *Strong knowledge and experience supporting Mac, specifically OS 9 and X. *Strong knowledge and experience supporting Windows 2000, Windows XP and Outlook. *Knowledge supporting issues in Entourage. *Knowledge and experience with Panther and Jaguar. *Goal oriented with attention to detail. *Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines. *B.S. in Computer Science is a plus. *MUST HAVE RECENT MAC/PC SUPPORT EXPERIENCE. *A MINIMUM OF 2 - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
