Our Client, an established Wall Street based financial services firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Help Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: *Experience handling high volume of calls. *Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines. *Strong knowledge and experience supporting Windows 2000, Windows XP and Outlook. *Knowledge and experience with Active Directory. *Lotus Notes experience is a plus. *Goal oriented with attention to detail. *Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, knowledge of Remedy is a plus. *Experience working on migration projects and software upgrades. *Strong knowledge and experience handling Blackberry support. *A MINIMUM OF 2 - 5 YEARS HELP DESK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. *CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IMMEDIATELY
