*Candidates must respond with the Tekmark job number, 54981 in the subject line* 3 Agency/Readiness Deployment Analysts: Job Description: Agency Deployment Analysts for the Project will report directly to the Agency Deployment Support Team Lead as full-time members of the Team. All Analysts will work closely with Agency staff, City's Vendors, and members of the project team to ensure alignment of readiness and deployment support programs to meet the City's needs and expectations. Position Roles and Responsibilities Agency Deployment Analysts will: Motivate and assist the City line agencies to assure agency readiness for implementation. Plan, track, and report progress related to agency readiness activities as well as the status of each agency to deploy business functionality. Support agencies, work extensively with Agency primary contacts, customize agency project plan, resolve and report issues, leverage SME resources, etc Meet face-to-face with city representatives promoting a positive message about the project and address any of the agency's concerns. Ensure proper activities are in place to identify City needs and expectations. Identify and facilitate the resolution of issues raised by agencies. Assist end-users in post-deployment agency support activities. NOTE: Occasional traveling within the 5 NYC boroughs will be required during business hours to meet with Agency representatives. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to recognize problem areas, formulate corrective actions, and engage team to quickly react and respond. Strong written and verbal communication skills (required) Proven ability to prepare and conduct presentations for audiences up to a couple of hundred participants. Ability to multitask is a must. Basic knowledge of MS Project. Ability to coordinate activities and develop good working relationships with the Team, Vendor, and City Agencies, while working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Some experience working on SDLC Experience 3 or more years working in the project management environment Project Management skills are a plus Education BA or Masters degree in MIS, computer science, communications, or related field from a recognized college or university.
