Experienced Customer Service Supervisor Needed!

We are looking for qualified technical service and support candidates with proven leadership skills to supervise and motivate a help desk staff. Company is a software development firm in Buffalo and is expanding their support staff.
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily supervision of a team of up to 2 employees to include, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training and problem solving. Additionally, the Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for assisting The Customer Service Manager with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
. Provide daily direction and communication to Customer Service Representatives so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
. Regularly review the progress of work in the department, insuring that questions have been answered, decisions have been acted upon, and problems have been resolved
. Assist subordinates with day-to-day problems and maintain good employee relations
. Maintain effective customer correspondence procedures
. Maintain procedures for handling customer complaints and problem resolution
. Consistently maintain open lines of communication both orally and in writing, to customers, management, and other service partners
. Maintain and manage productivity reports generated by the Call Center systems
. Set and maintain high quality customer service standards
. Perform the functions of a Customer Service Representative such as:
o Answer phones and offer assistance to clients
o Troubleshoot a support issue until a resolution is found
o Work on customer service projects when assigned

Experience: Skills Required: Education/Skills/Knowledge: . Bachelors degree and two years of management experience in related Customer Service environment . Minimum 3 years of customer service experience . Advance computer and technical skills . Effective coaching and supervisory skills . Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills . Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task . Knowledge of proper customer service principles and procedures .
