CPSS seeks Senior Remedy Developer for Full time position. Must be technically adept with Remedy configuration/development. Superb and Proven Customer support skills; including the ability to manage high maintenance' clients. This client develops the tools that advertisers, direct marketers and web publishers use to plan, execute and analyze marketing programs. Currently, handling a staggering 8 billion transactions on a daily basis and managing over 100,000 maximum hits per second on its network.Job Description Senior Remedy Developer/ analyst to work in a team to support CSS, ITSM and custom Remedy ARS applications in a busy environment (approx. 1200 users).Responsibilities :Development, support and maintenance of CSS, ITSM and custom Remedy ARS applications in a Sun/Oracle 9i environment. This includes but is not limited to:o Troubleshooting and follow-up of reported bugs including the ability to create and interpret log files.o Gathering & documenting business requirements. o Building & design of application enhancements including and not limited to forms, menus, fields and workflow to meet business requirements. o Responsible for QA & UAT prior to production implementationo Report creation, generation and maintenance. o Maintain documentation required for ongoing Remedy ARS support. o Manage access control and AR System licenses.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:o A minimum of 2-4 years experience developing Remedy applications (ARS v5.1 through v.6.x.x, CSS 5.1, ITSM v. 4.0 or later and Mid Tier). o Skilled in using SQL, Excel, Crystal reports. o Familiarity with UNIX processes and commands. o Knowledge of ITIL framework o CMDB knowledge a plus. o Excellent customer service and customer support background. o Excellent troubleshooting skills. o Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet pre-established deadlines. o Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work with minimal supervision.
