Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Support professional to assist with resolution of software and hardware problems. This growing local company is looking for experienced Help Desk representatives to provide desktop support with installations of hardware and software, in addition to providing excellent troubleshooting skills to provide solutions to complex user hardware and software problems. Experience: As an ideal candidate for this role, you must have one or more years experience in a help desk environment, as well as two or more years experience with software and hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting. One or more years experience in a Windows environment which includes XP, 2000, Professional, 2003 and all MS Office products is necessary. An A + certification is a plus!
