White Plains, NY client seeking experienced level 2 desktop support specialist for immediate temp-to-hire opportunity.

Experience: 1-2+ years recent experience as a helpdesk/desktop support specialist in a fast paced environment. Willingness to handle some helpdesk calls and perform desk-side support as required. Windows XP/2k, MS Office, AD, Ghost, Remedy and general laptop/desktop break-fix experience desired. Excellent customer service skills.
