Our client is rapidly growing and needs Customer Service Reps! If you have great communication skills, advanced computer skills and a helpful personality - this opportunity is for you!

Summary
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical customer service to external customers. Additionally, the CRS will also be responsible for providing internal customer service and support to other staff within the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
. Answer phones and offer assistance to clients
. Troubleshoot a support issue until a resolution is found
. Take ownership of any contacts during the shift
. Supply username and password assistance for all portals
. Check and respond to support mail box for email requests
. Check and respond to email support issues
. Update intranet with affiliate, vendor, and support staff
. Work on customer service projects when assigned
. Provide backup for TSS during off peek hours
. Operate the computer systems
. Multitask within several browser windows
. Manipulate phone systems

Experience: Educational Requirements and Qualifications: . 1-2 years related experience working with computers . Advance computer and technical skills . 2 year degree in CIS, Business, or related field . 2-4 years customer service experience .
