Six Sigma Operations Strategist: Operations Strategy practitioners that are Certified Black Belts (BB) in Six Sigma. Strong expertise in large-scale Operations Strategy consulting to Financial Services industry clients. Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas of Financial Services: Banking, Financial Markets, and Insurance. Finance Strategy consulting experience in operations strategy, including strong process engineering, business planning, customer/channel management, distribution, cost management and/or quality management expertise. Sr. Consultants will act as critical members of a client project team to perform the bulk of the engagement work as defined by the client contract. The consultant is responsible for the gathering of facts, analyzing the client's business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving presentations to client. Consultants must be able to work effectively with others across all levels of an organization: team members, senior leaders, and clients. In addition, must be capable of providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in a particular aspect of operation strategy. Must function as both a team member and a work stream leader in a time compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Requirements:
Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt) is a MUST Operations Strategy consulting experience to large-scale clients in the Financial Services industry. (Seeking primarily Banking or Financial Markets... will consider Insurance industry candidates secondary) Big 5 type consulting experiences are preferred. Strategy consulting exp. is a must in addition to industry and Six Sigma cert. Ability to reside/relocate to New York City area (50 mile radius)... will also consider Boston area candidates and Chicago (only if insurance sector candidate)Consulting to/within Financial Services is a MUST. MBA is highly preferred. Must submit a Six Sigma profile w/each candidate.
