Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (anticipated). Some standby coverage may be required.
A+, Net+ or Dell certifications are preferred!
Are you a A+ or Dell Certified Technician looking for work in the New York City area? We have an urgent need for technicians to handle hardware support calls in The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
The technicians will be responsible for the following:
*Handling at least 5 calls per day; daily email of details requires internet access and printer at home
*Resolving Dell warranty service calls for residential and business customers
*Onsite support involves retrieving items from a parts location, calling the customer with an ETA (estimated time of arrival), replacing the part, bringing the replaced part back to the parts location for packing and shipment thus closing the call.
Travel:
Local travel in NYC. Phone support provided from call center, but travel to sites for desktop support is required. Mass transit (metro card) allows for easy travel throughout New York City. Car is not required.
Additional Requirements: Internet access at home, cell phone for field communication.
